Delivery & return Information

We can only deliver our plants to postcodes in London and Surrey. 

We are able to deliver to South West London, North London, West London, East London, Central London, greater London and all Surrey Postcodes.

Our general rule for delivery is that if your postcode is within the M25, we can deliver to you!

If your area is not listed above but within the M25, please call the office to arrange your order.

When ordering your plants, you will have a set of dates available to choose from. Once you select your date, your delivery will arrive between 8 AM and 6 PM. 

We cannot give you a delivery window until the day of delivery due to the delivery route being optimised the same day. 

You will receive a text message and email confirming the delivery slot on the morning of your delivery to give you a smaller window. (Example 10 AM - 1 PM)

We offer free delivery for orders that are in total £200 or more. Any orders under £200 are subject to a £40 delivery fee.

Our current discounts include - 

Spend £500 or more for 5% off and use code 'spent500' at the checkout.

Spend £1000 or more for 10% off and use code 'spent1000' at the checkout. 

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We want you to be 100% happy with any purchase so we have created this returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. For products purchased we offer a 28 day no-questions-asked return policy.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

 Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

• we receive the returned product within 28 days following the date of receipt of the product.
• the returned product is unused, in its original packaging with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

 In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:

• notify us by email or letter as soon as possible
• enclose your purchase order number
• describe your reasons for return
• return the product / products
